Buffalo, N.Y., March 4, 2021 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of John Gianadda to project manager in its Buffalo office.
In this role, Gianadda will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Gianadda worked at several construction and engineering firms in Western New York prior to joining LeChase as a project engineer in late 2016. He was named an assistant project manager a year ago. During his time at LeChase, Gianadda has worked on various bank fit outs, a historic restoration, and construction of the Murchie Family Fieldhouse and six NCAA regulation tennis courts at the University at Buffalo.
Gianadda earned a BS degree in civil engineering technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2008. In 2018, he was among 19 Buffalo-area young professionals honored by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for their fundraising efforts. He is a resident of Williamsville, NY.
