Rochester, N.Y., January 18, 2022 – LeChase is pleased to announce the promotion of Kassandra Militello to project manager in Rochester.
In her new role, Militello will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Militello joined LeChase as a project engineer in 2016 and became an assistant project manager in 2019. During her time with the company, she has worked on various commercial and industrial projects as well as the revitalization of the Greater Rochester International Airport.
She has a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Alfred State SUNY College of Technology. Militello lives in the town of Kendall, N.Y.
