The National Associated General Contractors (AGC) Safety Awards program, or “NASA,” started in 1991 as a way to offer the group’s members an opportunity to evaluate their safety records. Members must submit safety data for three consecutive years to be eligible for a NASA award, meaning a member can be recognized once every three years.
This year, close to 1,700 general contractors, specialty and associate members across the country participated, and LeChase was one of five members recognized in New York State. Specifically, the company was honored for having an incident rate 25% or more under the national average for contractors in the Building Division. The record was based on company performance for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Thanks to everyone for helping achieve this national recognition!
