On March 25 in Rochester, the LeChase Young Professionals and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) Tomorrow’s Leaders program co-hosted a panel discussion on career growth. The event featured insights from a panel of successful business people, including LeChase CEO and Managing Partner Bill Goodrich, Villa of Hope President and CEO Christina Gullo, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield Executive Vice President Barry Thornton and O’Connell Electric Project Manager David Emmi.
Addressing questions from moderators as well as the audience, the panel shared their advice on topics ranging from company leadership and internal growth to building relationships and sharpening interpersonal skills. About 50 young professionals attended the after-work event, held at the LeChase Indigo Creek headquarters.
