Over the past 20 months, LeChase completed about $13 million in renovations for the Bethlehem Central School District outside of Albany, N.Y.
Updated areas within the high school.
The scope covered a variety of projects, including complete renovation of the transportation facility. Four elementary schools received interior upgrades. At the middle school, a new gym floor was installed and more than 200 windows were replaced. Work at the high school included:
- a new theater
- complete renovation of the media center
- new cafeteria and ‘Snack Shack’
- swimming pool renovations
- renovation of a lecture hall into a state-of-the-art learning facility
