LeChase connects with students at local career fairs

Over the past several weeks, LeChase teams have been engaging with middle and high school students at career fairs across our regions.

In Central NY, Dylan Gifford and Kyle Lighton attended a job fair at the Center for Instruction, Technology and Innovation (CITI) BOCES. They shared information about LeChase and insights into their own career paths, and conducted mock interviews with the students.

NY Capital Region team members Kwasi Addo-Baffour and Alex Veras participated in a career fair at Guilderland High School, where they shared insights into the construction industry and the wide range of career opportunities it offers.

In Rochester, Courtney Lafferty and Kyra McGoey visited East Irondequoit Middle School for a career fair with sixth through eighth grade students. The event gave students the opportunity to meet with professionals from various industries, ask questions and explore potential career paths.
