ROCHESTER, N.Y., April 12, 2016—LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Beadling to facilities manager, based in Rochester, N.Y.
In this role, Beadling will manage the Excellus account, with responsibility for all properties in Upstate New York. He had previously served as the facilities supervisor for LeChase at the Excellus Court Street location.
Prior to joining LeChase in 2014, Beadling held facilities and property management positions at Medaille College (Buffalo, N.Y.), Southstar Funding (Altanta, Ga.) and GE Capital Corporation (Altanta, Ga.).
He studied business administration at Monroe Community College, and in 2011 earned CPMM (Certified Plant Maintenance Manager) status from the Association for Facilities Engineering. He is a former member of the conservation and zoning boards in the town of Clarkson, where he currently resides.
