LeChase has three projects in the recent Albany Business Review listing of largest construction projects in the Albany region.
The Albany International Airport parking garage, expected to be complete by March 2020, ranks sixth on the list, followed by the Ayco Financial office building in Colonie, N.Y. at number eight. Renovation of the Dutch Quad dorm at the SUNY University at Albany is also on the list at number twelve. Both the Ayco and Dutch Quad projects are on schedule for completion this summer.
