Rochester, NY, Jan. 16, 2014 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce Dan Schleher will fill a newly created role as subcontractor relations manager. In his new position, Schleher will act as the liaison between LeChase and our subcontractors. He will be a resource for all of our subcontractors to utilize in managing their business relationships with LeChase. Schleher will primarily focus on proactively engaging our subcontractors to solicit feedback in order to continuously improve the relationship and processes between LeChase and our subcontractors.
Schleher has nearly 20 years of construction experience and has been with LeChase since 1999 starting as a project engineer until 2005 when he was promoted to project manager. Schleher holds an A.A.S. in civil engineering from Canton College of Technology in Canton, N.Y. and a B.S. in civil engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y.
Schleher resides in Spencerport with his wife Michelle and their two children.
