Buffalo, NY, June 17, 2014 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC announced today that it has opened an office in downtown Buffalo located at 487 Main St.

“We have been working in Buffalo since the 1980s with clients such as Top’s Friendly Markets, Millard Fillmore Hospital and, most recently, Roswell Park Cancer Institute,” said William Goodrich, president and CEO. “We have always been able to serve our clients by job site locations and our main office in Rochester, but we feel the time is right and the opportunity is there to open a permanent office. Buffalo is a thriving region and we are excited to become a part of the community.”

The historic downtown building’s 2,000 SF will accommodate working space for approximately 12 people—in addition to reception, bid room and meeting spaces. Buffalo native and resident Jeffrey Panza—LeChase’s director of the Buffalo region—will oversee all new work in the area beginning July 1.

This year marks the 70th anniversary of LeChase, a privately-owned, full-service construction management and general construction firm. Growth outside of Monroe County has been essential to maintaining the company’s solid team of employees and tradespeople, and there has been thoughtful expansion into other areas throughout the East Coast, which today includes Buffalo.

LeChase continues to grow and expand in its core markets, including health care, education, industrial and manufacturing, science and technology, commercial and multi-unit housing. The company motto of “Do the Right Thing” is embedded into everything LeChase does—both within and outside of its own operations. LeChase and its people share a personal responsibility to enhance the quality of life in the communities where they live and work, and generously invest their time, talents and resources to do so.
