Rochester, N.Y., September 17, 2021 – LeChase is pleased to announce several recent promotions in its Finance group.

Top: Bingham and Grundtisch; Bottom: Hinkley and Schindler
Jon Bingham is named accounting specialist. In this role, he manages the corporate purchasing card programs and supports the day-to-day accounting function. Bingham worked in accounts payable for a Clifton Park, NY firm before joining LeChase as a program specialist in 2018. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business analytics from LeMoyne College.
- Monica Grundtisch is named operations support manager. In her role, she oversees the work of operations support staff and works with business and functional leaders to ensure compliance with corporate financial policy and procedures. She has held various positions at LeChase since joining the company as a contract administrator in 2006. Grundtisch has an MBA in business administration from St. John Fisher College and a BA in psychology from the University at Buffalo. She resides in Rochester.
- Joanne Hinkley is named lead accounts payable specialist. In this role, Hinkley manages the vendor invoice and subcontract payment process, while assisting in the overall payables’ strategy. She recently completed her master’s in accounting at the SUNY College at Brockport and also holds BS in accounting and finance with a minor in economics from the college. She joined LeChase as an accounting clerk in 2019.
- Katherine Schindler is named senior reporting analyst. In her role, she supports LeChase’s financial reporting and analysis function – monitoring and interpreting data to recommend potential changes in financial processes. Schindler joined LeChase as an accounting specialist in 2016 and was promoted to junior business analyst in 2018. She graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and later earned a master’s in forensic accounting from the SUNY College at Brockport. She currently lives in the Rochester suburb of Greece.
