LeChase’s fourth annual Building Leaders program, conducted in partnership with Dale Carnegie of Rochester, consisted of eight sessions over the last three months and concluded with a graduation event on July 9.
This year’s class includes 20 participants from 14 different regions and functional groups. At graduation, participants shared their key learnings with other participants, regional leaders and alumni from the previous programs. Each participant was recognized and awarded a certificate of achievement by their respective unit leader.
