LeChase has four projects in a Buffalo Business First listing of largest construction projects in Buffalo and the surrounding area.
Elmwood Crossing, being built for Sinatra & Co. Real Estate and Ellicott Development Co. is #11 on the list, while another Ellicott project – 500 Pearl Street – is tied for #14. In June, LeChase celebrated its 75th anniversary in conjunction with the grand opening ceremony for 500 Pearl Street.

The list, which was ranked by project value, also includes two other LeChase projects:
- a capital project for the North Tonawanda City School District, and
- construction of Symphony Circle Active Living for Ellicott and Symphony Circle Active Living, LLC
