On June 5, officials held a grand opening at the UPMC Chautauqua Hospital in Jamestown, N.Y. LeChase leaders and project team members attended the event, which showcased the facility’s new $20 million expansion.
The expansion added two stories and 42,000 SF for a new maternity department and inpatient psychiatric wing. The project also included exterior, infrastructure and mechanical/electrical/plumbing upgrades.
LeChase was CM-at-Risk for the project, which began in the fall of 2017. Team members included Project Manager Chad Green, Superintendent Dan Rauscher, Project Engineer Chris Havens, Project Executive Tom Sisson and Vice President Fred Thompson. They were joined at the event by CEO and Managing Partner Bill Goodrich and Vice President Steve Bills.
