On September 28, LeChase helped celebrate the opening of the new Golisano Institute for Business and Entrepreneurship in Rochester.
This project transformed a former Paychex office building into a modern collegiate facility. The new classrooms feature wide windows, desk clusters and large monitors – making the space ideal for group work. The scope also included public seating areas and instructor offices to foster a collaborative learning environment. LeChase served as the CM-at-Risk for this project.
