On May 17, LeChase joined in celebrating the grand opening of the new main tower at United Health Services (UHS) Wilson Medical Center. LeChase CEO and Managing Partner Bill Goodrich, President Will Mack and Executive Vice President and COO Kyle Sayers attended the event along with Senior Vice Presidents Lee Sommerman and Jim Scheirer, Vice President Adam Green and members of the project team.
The project, which kicked off in 2022 marks the first expansion of the hospital’s Johnson City-campus in more than 30 years. The new state-of-the-art clinical tower adds 183,375 SF to the existing hospital. The tower includes four inpatient medical and surgical units – each with 30 private rooms – a new emergency department, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) suite, surgical support area and a rooftop helipad.
LeChase, through its Binghamton office, served as the construction manager on the project.
