LeChase helps kick off RIT performance theater project

On Wednesday, September 6, LeChase joined the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in a groundbreaking to celebrate the start of the school’s new music performance theater project.

LeChase is the construction manager for this 50,000-SF facility, expected to be completed in December 2025. The three-story building will include a 747-seat theater with two balconies and will feature a restored historic theater pipe organ.
