LeChase hires Angela Carter as director of business development for the southeast U.S.

Durham, N.C., February 28, 2017—LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Angela Carter as director of business development in its Durham, North Carolina, office.

In this role, Carter will lead LeChase’s growth and brand awareness initiatives in the southeast region, identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company in the Triangle, Charlotte and other markets LeChase serves throughout the southeast.

“LeChase has completed an impressive portfolio of work in the southeast over the past 20 years. Due in part to last year’s acquisition of local Lendlease operations, we now have the additional talent and resources to further grow our presence in the region,” said LeChase Vice President Jack Goodrich. “Angela’s business development mindset and experience in these markets makes her the ideal choice to help us pursue this growth.”

Carter brings more than 20 years’ experience in business development and marketing in the construction industry, with a focus on the Carolinas. With strong roots in contracting, she also has experience working from an architectural and developer perspective on project pursuits. Carter comes to LeChase from Business Development Strategies, LLC, which she founded in 2011. There, she provided leadership, strategic business development and marketing consultant services for the A/E/C community. She holds a BA degree in business management and journalism/mass communications from High Point University.
