Armonk, N.Y., February 5, 2020 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Fredric A. Marsalisi as a general superintendent in the Armonk office.
In this role, Marsalisi will coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, foremen and other tradespeople working on the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases of assigned projects, with a focus on safety, quality, productivity and scheduling.
Marsalisi has more than 30 years of construction experience in New York City’s five boroughs and the Tri-State area. He began his career as a union carpenter in New York City and for many years afterwards owned a commercial contracting company. During that time, he gained extensive experience in estimating, safety, managing multiple job sites and coordinating daily project operations.
He currently lives in Danbury, Conn.
