ROCHESTER, N.Y., June 21, 2016 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Jack Barni as preconstruction manager for its Rochester office.
Barni brings 28 years of construction experience to his new role. As preconstruction manager he will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction phase. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures, as well as handoffs to operations project teams.
Previously, Barni served as pre-construction manager for the Widewaters Group (Dewitt, N.Y.). Before that he held a variety of project management positions with several construction firms in Western New York as well as in Pennsylvania. He also served in the U.S. Army as a combat engineer.
Barni is currently working to complete his LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. He lives in the town of Marcellus, N.Y.
