Rochester, N.Y., January 6, 2021 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of James McKenna as vice president.
Primarily, McKenna will lead the company’s pursuit and management of design-build projects, which represent a growing number of opportunities in construction. Given his background – which includes more than 25 years of experience in both real estate development and construction – he will also be involved in the real estate and development sector as well as key projects throughout all regions.
Starting as project engineer, McKenna advanced through various construction management roles over his career. For the past ten years, he has served as vice president of construction at Wilmorite. There, he supported new development opportunities and oversaw design and construction of projects from the earliest concepts through closeout and occupancy. As needed, he was also involved in post-construction efforts, including tenant build-outs and leasing negotiations.

A native of Rochester, McKenna earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Ohio University. He currently resides in Rochester suburb of Pittsford.
