Syracuse, N.Y., May 8, 2018 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Laird Updyke as a senior project manager in its Syracuse office.
In this role, Updyke will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Updyke has 18 years of project management and facilities management experience, largely in Syracuse and Central New York. He earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management and an associate’s degree in architectural engineering, both from Alfred State College, and has accreditation as a Certified Director of Facilities from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the School Facilities Management Institute (SFMI).
