Syracuse, N.Y., July 8, 2021 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC welcomes Michael Gatmaitan as a project manager in its Syracuse office.
In this role, Gatmaitan will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Gatmaitan has nearly 15 years of industry experience, having worked as an architect and a project manager for higher education and municipal organizations. He earned both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Catholic University of America (Washington, D.C.).
A licensed architect in New York State, he also has professional certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and LEED AP® (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. He currently resides in Manlius, N.Y.
