Buffalo, N.Y., October 25, 2017 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Sal Casuccio as a senior estimator in its Buffalo office.
In this role, Casuccio will support preconstruction efforts for projects in all office locations, as well as develop estimates and budgets for both hard-bid and negotiated work.
With 17 years of construction experience in Western New York, Casuccio has estimated projects ranging from $1 million to $350 million in a variety of markets including K-12, higher education, health care, gaming and hospitality. He has earned LEED AP accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council, and has coordinated costs and documentation for projects seeking LEED certification.
Casuccio holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in civil, structural and environmental engineering, both from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has also taught construction estimating as an adjunct instructor at the school. He resides in Blasdell, N.Y.
