Rochester, N.Y., April 11, 2018 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Stephen DeLucia as a compliance manager in the Rochester office.
In this role, DeLucia is responsible for performing internal and external compliance reviews. He will also assist in developing and implementing related process improvements across the company.
A Certified Public Accountant, DeLucia has almost a decade of experience managing and conducting audits, analysis and remediation related to financial reporting, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and various benefit/pension plans for a variety of domestic and international firms.
He earned a BBA and an MBA in accounting from Saint Bonaventure University (St. Bonaventure, NY), and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. A resident of Penfield, N.Y., he has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and he currently serves as a board member for the non-profit Shepherd Home in Penfield.
