Buffalo, N.Y., June 15, 2017 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of William B. Silvis III as a senior project manager in its Buffalo office.
In this role, Silvis will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Silvis’ construction industry experience spans four decades, largely in and around Buffalo. He has managed new construction and renovations across a number of markets, including projects in health care, retail, hospitality and both K-12 and higher education.
A native of Lockport, N.Y., Silvis holds an associate’s degree in building construction from Erie Community College and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University at Buffalo.
