On Wednesday September 14, members of the LeChase team hosted NAWIC for a job site tour of the UR Medicine Orthopaedics & Physical Performance Center site at Rochester’s Marketplace Mall. Project team members led the tours, and participants were able to return to the site and see the great progress that has been made since the last tour in May.
LeChase is construction manager for the 330,000-SF project, which involves new construction as well as renovations to former retail space. The surgery center is scheduled to be completed this fall, with the patient tower scheduled to wrap up in the fall of 2023.
