LeChase recently hosted a Lean construction working session with our client and trade partners to strategize on the project schedule for the Corning Museum of Glass (CMOG) B Building Studio Expansion. LeChase Project Executive Ken Osmun and our CMOG project team (Fred Thompson, Don Beckley, David Hulse, Liam Rathbun) led the session utilizing the Last Planner System to determine project milestones and the sequence of work. The project will completely renovate the 60,000-SF B Building – providing CMOG with additional space for glassmaking facilities and popular attractions like Make Your Own Glass.
