On October 31, LeChase hosted half-day training sessions for project managers and superintendents. Employees gathered in the Rochester office or joined the training via zoom from other regions.
Each session kicked off with a safety talk given by LeChase Regional Safety Manager Glenn Murphy, followed by a guest presentation on effective communication by Communications Coach Anthony Huey. The sessions concluded with a collection of project highlights from each region.
