On August 13, two dozen LeChase project managers and superintendents gathered in the Rochester office for the first session of the 2024 Field Excellence Program. The program consists of three, two-day sessions over the next few months, focusing on developing leadership skills, enhancing technical construction expertise and fostering relationship building among participants.
LeChase CEO and Managing Partner Bill Goodrich and Executive Vice President and COO Kyle Sayers kicked off the program and welcomed participants. The group also came together for a dinner with Rochester leaders to celebrate the start of the program.
The next two-day session will be held in September.
