Rochester, N.Y., March 28, 2022 – LeChase is pleased to announce that four of its operational and functional leaders have been named vice presidents.
Adam Green, regional operations manager, Binghamton
With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Green started his career as a laborer and carpenter. He joined LeChase as a project engineer in 2006, and worked his way through various levels of project management before being named a regional operations manager in 2019. He also managed start-up of Greenlight LeChase, the company’s joint venture with Greenlight Networks, which was formed later that same year. Green has a B.A. in liberal arts and mathematics from Lycoming College, and has LEED AP® certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
Cheryl Schmidt, director of People and Culture
Based in Rochester, Schmidt leads the company’s organizational development (OD), talent acquisition and human resources (HR) functions. She joined LeChase in 2015 with a unique blend of experience leading both OD and HR teams. Her career spans over 25 years in healthcare, non-profit, construction, and consulting settings. She has a master’s degree in human resources development and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, both from St. John Fisher College. She is accredited as a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Kevin Hoffman, regional operations manager, Rochester
Hoffman has more than 20 years of experience in construction. Joining LeChase as a senior project manager in 2011, he has worked largely on commercial, health care and education projects. He was named a project executive in 2015 and a regional operations manager in 2019. Hoffman has led some LeChase’s most high-profile projects, including multiple jobs for the University of Rochester as well as The Lake House on Canandaigua – which recently ranked among the world’s top hotels. He has a B.S. in civil engineering from Purdue University and LEED AP® certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
Paul Cundiff, regional operations manager, New Jersey
Cundiff started his construction career in 2001. He has worked in project management – largely on multi-family and senior housing projects – for more than a decade. Cundiff joined LeChase as a senior project manager in 2014, focusing on the Conifer-LeChase (CLC) joint venture. He was promoted to project executive in 2015, and has been regional operations manager of CLC since 2018. During that time, he has continued to successfully grow CLC’s business in the affordable, multi-family housing market. He holds a BA degree in business administration from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
