Corporate Diversity Manager Stephanie Pennington and Real Estate Project Manager Raymond W. LeChase II were panelists at the recent New York Build 2022 Expo. Held annually at the Javits Center, the event is the largest construction and design show for the New York Metro area.
Pennington was part of the “Diversity in Construction” panel. As the lone panelist representing Western New York, she received a number of questions during the session. LeChase spoke on a panel called “A New World of Working and Collaboration.” The session covered topics ranging from technology and work environment to partnership and inclusion.
In all, about 250 speakers and more than 25,000 attendees participated in this year’s expo, which featured workshops and networking activities in addition to panel sessions.
