LeChase projects honored at CSI Awards

Recently, two LeChase projects – the Highland Hospital Southeast Patient Tower and Rochester Institute of Technology Max Lowenthal Hall – were recognized at the 2024 Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Rochester Chapter Awards.

CSI is a technical organization that works to organize, standardize and communicate construction information. The annual CSI Rochester Chapter Awards recognize Rochester-area projects in a variety of different categories.

The Highland Hospital Southeast Patient Tower project received the Innovation and Construction Management Award. This award recognizes innovation and exceptional teamwork between the construction manager, subcontractors and design team to improve the process, quality and outcome of a project. LeChase Vice President Kevin Hoffman accepted this award alongside the team from Highland Hospital.

Our partners at LaBella Associates received the Out-of-the-Box Design Award for the Rochester Institute of Technology Max Lowenthal Hall expansion project. This award highlights projects that promote the innovative use of conventional materials or methods in new ways. LeChase served as the construction manager on the project.

LeChase was also a sponsor of the 2024 awards dinner held at the Rochester Museum and Science Center.
