At a ceremony on February 14, the Paulus Development Victory Lofts and United Health Services (UHS) Wilson Tower projects were honored at the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce Building Broome County Awards. The Victory Lofts project, which celebrated its grand opening in December, was awarded the 2024 Restorative Award. The Transformative Award was awarded to the UHS Wilson Tower project, which broke ground in May of 2022 and is expected to be complete in 2025.
