Schenectady N.Y., February 16, 2024 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew McKay to regional operations manager in the New York Capital Region.
In this role, McKay will manage a core set of client relationships, and oversee employee/subcontractor relationships and daily operations – including training and compliance of all project team members. He is responsible for ensuring LeChase delivers projects and services that meet or exceed expectations for safety, quality and value, focusing on core accounts and customer relationships in the New York Capital Region.
McKay joined LeChase as a project engineer in 2010, was named a project manager in 2015 and a project executive in 2022. He received a A.S. in construction technology from Hudson Valley Community College, and a B.S. in construction management from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. McKay has also completed the OSHA 30 certification.
