Binghamton N.Y., January 31, 2025 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Dan Christoffersen to chief estimator, based in Binghamton.
In this role, Christoffersen will manage preconstruction efforts for projects in the Binghamton area, as well as develop estimates and budgets for both hard-bid and negotiated work.
Christoffersen joined LeChase as a project engineer in 2016 and transitioned to a project estimator in 2019. He graduated from Alfred State College with a B.S. in construction management engineering technology and has since completed the OSHA 30-hour training, earned certifications in trenching and excavation and completed the Dale Carnegie: Skills for Success leadership course. Christoffersen is also a member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of New York.
