Durham, N.C., December 23, 2019 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of David Stout to senior project manager in its Durham office.
In this role, Stout will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Stout joined LeChase in as a project manager in 2011. He has worked in the construction industry for 27 years – 25 of them spent in North Carolina. During that time, he has managed both new construction and renovation projects across a range of market sectors including education, commercial, industrial, municipal and health care.
A resident of Cary, N.C., Stout has both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University.
