Rochester, N.Y., April 14, 2025 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Williams to general counsel, based in Rochester.
In her new role, Williams is responsible for all of the day-to-day legal aspects of LeChase’s business, including contract negotiations, compliance, and support for project teams.
Williams joined LeChase as associate general counsel in 2023. Prior to joining LeChase, she was a partner in a boutique litigation firm where for 10 years she defended corporate clients in commercial, construction, transportation, product, and personal injury disputes. “Heather is an extremely capable attorney who has made an immediate impact here at LeChase. She is very customer-oriented, and we look forward to expanding her role supporting each of our 11 regional offices and future growth,” said LeChase Senior Vice President Tom O’Gara.
Williams is a cum laude graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (J.D.) and the University of Rochester (B.A., political science and French). A Syracuse native, she currently lives in Fairport, New York with her husband and two sons.
