Rochester, N.Y., October 29, 2019 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Kassandra Militello to assistant project manager in Rochester.
In her new role, Militello will help manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures. She will also help direct the work of subcontractors, suppliers, foremen and other tradespeople on project sites.
Militello joined LeChase as a project engineer in 2016 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Alfred State SUNY College of Technology. Prior to that, she completed internships at LeChase as well as two Buffalo-area firms.
She currently lives in the town of Kendall, N.Y.
