Durham N.C., December 27, 2023 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Melissa Corey to marketing manager.
In this role, Corey manages and delegates pursuit efforts for LeChase’s 11 offices while also focusing on the ongoing enhancement and evolution of marketing collateral, the CRM system, and the development of the pursuit team.
Corey joined LeChase as a senior marketing specialist in 2021. She has more than 25 years of industry experience, starting her career with a Connecticut-based construction company where she held multiple roles in office administration, project management and marketing. Prior to joining LeChase, she spent two years as the senior marketing coordinator for a global architectural firm, supporting their Durham and Charlotte studios.
Corey has a bachelor’s degree in general studies from the University of Connecticut and an associate’s degree in legal assisting from Northwestern Connecticut Community-Technical College. She has a LEED AP® certification through the U.S. Green Building Council and received the Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) credential from the Society for Marketing Professional Services earlier this year. Previously a Connecticut-licensed real estate professional, she currently lives in Orange County, NC.
