Rochester, N.Y., January 14, 2025 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Monica Grundtisch to business process optimization manager, based in Rochester.
In this role, Grundtisch oversees the operations support group and is responsible for the implementation, integration, standardization and training related to the company’s accounting software and processes. She will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate workflow efficiencies, process improvements and systems utilization.
Grundtisch has been with LeChase for more than 20 years, starting as an intern and working through various roles within operations and finance before being promoted to her current role. She has earned a B.A. in psychology from the University at Buffalo and a masters of business administration (MBA) from St. John Fisher University. Grundtisch currently resides in Irondequoit.
