ROCHESTER, N.Y., March 21, 2017—LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Monica Stengel to operations support coordinator, based in Rochester, N.Y.
In this role, Stengel will oversee the work of operation support specialists; act as a liaison with business leaders and functional groups to ensure compliance with corporate financial policy and procedures; coordinate communication and training around these policies; and assist the controller with mergers, acquisitions and other special assignments.
Stengel has held various positions at LeChase and Conifer-LeChase since starting her career as a contract administrator in 2006. Most recently she served as an operations support specialist.
Stengel has an MBA in business administration from St. John Fisher College and a BA in psychology from the University at Buffalo. She resides in Rochester.
