ROCHESTER, N.Y., September 22, 2015—LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Peter Muench to director of preconstruction services responsible for leading the preconstruction team in the day-to-day operations.
Muench joined LeChase in 2004 as a project estimator. Before joining LeChase in 2004, Peter was the chief estimator at Superior Interior Systems and prior to that a project estimator at The Pike Company. He has been in the construction industry with a specialized focus on estimating for nearly 20 years, 11 of which have been with LeChase. His keen knowledge of the entire preconstruction process enables him to be a great asset to our
customers as they prepare and plan for a construction project. Coupled with his technical expertise, Peter’s ability to understand the intricacies of an owner’s budget and his tremendous collaboration skills allow him to take a leadership role during the preconstruction phase of a project.
Muench has a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and is an active participant in several industry and community focused groups. He resides in the town of Victor with his family.
