Rochester, N.Y., January 23, 2018 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Peter Muench, director of preconstruction services, to vice president.
In his role, Muench leads the team responsible for managing, developing, maintaining and overseeing all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction phase. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures. In addition, he will help launch a new tool that will use LeChase’s database of historical cost and project data to quickly provide customers with estimates at the start of preconstruction.Muench has 20 years of construction industry experience, largely focused on estimating. He joined LeChase in 2004 as a project estimator, and was named director of preconstruction services in 2015.

Muench has a B.S. in civil engineering technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and actively participates in several industry and community-focused groups. He resides in Victor, N.Y. with his family.
