Schenectady, N.Y., December 4, 2019 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Scott Lawler to chief estimator in its Schenectady office.
In his new role, Lawler will support preconstruction efforts for projects in New York’s capital region, and lead efforts to develop estimates and budgets for both hard-bid and negotiated work.
Lawler joined LeChase as a project engineer 11 years ago after spending three summers as an intern at the company. He served as a project manager in Binghamton from 2012-2014 before becoming an estimator in the Schenectady office. He has an AAS degree in civil engineering technology from Hudson Valley Community College (Troy, N.Y.) and a BS degree in civil engineering technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. He also has LEED AP® (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
He currently lives in Ballston Spa, N.Y.
