ROCHESTER, N.Y., September 21, 2015—LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Sherry Jackson to corporate XBE outreach coordinator, based in its Rochester headquarters.
In her new role, Jackson will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the firm’s XBE Outreach Program—including developing and implementing outreach strategies to foster relationships with XBE organizations and expand the company’s XBE subcontractor/vendor community.
Jackson joined the LeChase team in May 2014 as a corporate communications specialist. Prior to her role with the firm, she worked as a public relations account executive at Roberts Communications, where she successfully managed key accounts in the energy, transportation, aerospace, defense, industrial and senior health care markets. Before that, Jackson worked as a communications coordinator/copywriter at Partners + Napier, where she cultivated client relationships and helped the agency nab local, regional and national advertising awards. She began her communications career as a public affairs associate at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Jackson earned a B.A. degree in Communications/Journalism from St. John Fisher College and an A.S. degree in Communication and Media Arts from MCC. She is a member of several local civic and nonprofit organizations, and resides in the Webster area.
