On January 24, representatives from LeChase Southeast participated in the North Carolina Department of Labor (NCDOL) Building Star Best Practices Workshop in Charlotte. All 24 Construction Managers currently in the NCDOL Carolina Star Program attended the meeting. Six – including LeChase – shared best practices.
LeChase’s Scott Wilkinson, currently safety manager at the 500 Block project in Durham, presented on the region’s Field School initiative. The Field School features monthly meetings designed to build team unity and share knowledge on a variety of topics.
Topics of other companies’ presentations included various uses for QR codes; tracking project inspections, checklists, and THA completions; and employee engagement programs.
