LeChase was a table sponsor for Kaleida Health’s Crystal Ball at the Buffalo Convention Center on December 1. The event was part of the 41st annual “Festival of Trees” fundraising effort. A variety of trees and wreaths – decorated by community volunteers – provide the backdrop for the Ball and other events that are part of the Festival, which over the years has raised more than $7 million for the Children’s Hospital of Buffalo Foundation. This year’s event specifically benefitted the Oishei Children’s Hospital’s Child Life Department, which helps explain medical procedures and terms to patients and family members, provide support services, and normalize the hospital experience through play opportunities.
