LeChase Business Development Manager Patrick Griffin, Assoc. DBIA, and Project Executive Ken Osmun, DBIA, CM-Lean, LEED AP BD+C, were both recently named to the board of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Upstate NY Chapter.
The DBIA is an association of design and construction industry leaders who are utilizing design-build and integrated project delivery methods to achieve high-performance projects. The Upstate NY Chapter focuses on defining, teaching, and promoting design-build construction best practices.
Griffin and Osmun will join LeChase Vice President Jim McKenna, DBIA, who has been on the Upstate NY board for the last few years. McKenna leads LeChase’s pursuit and management of design-build projects, which are becoming increasingly prevalent in the industry.
