Corning, N.Y., September 18, 2024 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to welcome Joe Szwaczkowski as a superintendent in Corning.
In this role, Szwaczkowski will direct the work of subcontractors, suppliers, foremen and other tradespeople working on the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases of assigned projects, with a focus on safety, quality, productivity and scheduling.
Szwaczkowski has more than 25 years of construction experience – focused largely on exterior building envelopes – working with a variety of local firms prior to joining LeChase. He is forklift certified and has completed the 24-Hour Foreman’s Training, the PIT All-Terrain, Boom Lift and Scissor Lift Training, Rigger Training, Crane Signaling Training and the OSHA 30-hour training course.
